Project – Delayed coking units according with "Fast Way" and "SIMOPS ".
Scope of work: based on the licensor's basic project -executi on of pre -
project study, FEED, DD D, support in the PD examination, purchase and
delivery of materials and equipment (foreign by sea and within the Russian
railway and moto r transport), co nstruction, commissioning and start -up .
The scope of investments u nder the project is more than 30 0 million euros.
At the start of the Project in the Hague office : works as Project Engineering
Manager for verification of the main technical solutions and drawings for
compliance with the requirements of Russian standards and the
requirements of the licensor and signing Detail Design Documentation .
Next, moving to the site as Senior Field Engineer and Branch Manager. The
main function were creating the branch of the company in a new region and
team building, organization communication with Client and Subcontractors,
Management construction works at site . Development of Branch HSE
procedure, orders, JD for personnel, temporary provision for hazard works .
